FULL EXTENSION



Learned LOTS today because the student was me and the teacher was Total Immersion Swimming Guru, Terry Laughlin.  What a treat!  My focus is to enter the water sooner, hand down and then extend down (in a curve with intention).  That’s the correct skate position to hold for a nanosecond before starting over with the other arm.  Also, Terry noticed my head tilt to the right which is something I’m trying to correct on land!  Today was  a semi-private lesson (thanks to a new friend) and tomorrow is a group clinic with Terry.  See my improvement here.
