		Okay, use the kickboard
Today’s student is (by her own admission) 67, overweight, and not into fitness. We’ve worked together a few times in a small pool and today had 25 meters to swim across. She can’t help but look at the wall. To help her find how to relax the head we employed the kickboard, her face in the water, arms stretched out, with a little full leg kick.
